Piltriquitrón is the tallest mountain in the region at 2,284 meters. Upon its slopes you will find “The Carved Forest” in which the artists from all over the country have come to carve their creations into the Lenga wood, returning life once more to the forest damaged by a wild fire. Approximately 400 meters further along the path you will come upon the mountain’s refuge, where you can enjoy some of the best views of The Andes mountain range, and partake in delicious home-made beer and pizza.
